If you enable the other choice, anyone who enters using the standard link and a passcode will be able to let others into the meeting from the waiting room. The default option is Host and Co-Host ONLY. Who can admit participants from the Waiting Room To avoid this completely, use a passcode on your meeting, and ensure participants use the encrypted link to enter the meeting. "Users not in your Account AND not part of the allowed domains" meaning it excludes everybody, except the people listed below."Users not in your Account" meaning anybody who has not signed in using Waikato Single Sign On (ie via the Zoom link on the landing page).The default option is that EVERYONE will be placed in the waiting room.
